Join us for GIS Tech Night!

Join us for GIS Tech Night!

Topic:
GIS and CAD Integration

Speakers:
Ishka Voiculescu is an IT System Administrator at the City of Austin Public Works and has extensive experience managing multiple product integration including Autodesk Suite products, Bentley and Trimble for planning, design, and visualization. He is a member of various engineering groups and an active forum contributor.

Madeline Colety is a GIS Analyst in Freese & Nichols' Water/Wastewater Master Planning Group. Her background in urban planning and cartography allows her to analyze and solve issues within GIS. She is proficient in ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro and CAD. Her skill set includes creating, editing and managing spatial data, population projection, geocoding, 3-D surface rasterization and georeferencing.

If no topic is specified for the meetup, we'll open the floor to open presenting and then open work. What this entails: If you have a short talk about something GIS related, i.e. "This library or API is amazing and I made this with it" You can flex those presenting skills in a very welcoming environment.

After that we'll open the night to social working. If you have a problem you want to work on or bounce some ideas off on, bring it to the meetup! We're happy to help and chat about it. Bringing your laptop is encouraged.
