The Texas General Land Office (GLO) is seeking candidates for Summer/Fall 2018, Fall 2018/Spring 2019, or Spring/Summer 2019 semester GIS Internships. GLO interns play a key role on the GIS team, with responsibility for creating and updating spatial data and attribute information; analyzing data; accurately plotting the location of spatial features; designing draft and final map layouts; and compiling spatial information into requested hardcopy and electronic products.
Interns are paid $2000/semester for 10-15 hours per week with a minimum 300 hours total for a two semester internship. Please see the job posting for more information and to apply for this internship by March 23 at 5 PM CDT.
