David Moss is the Director of Data Management & GIS at Maricopa County. He has experience in various disciplines such as public works, law enforcement, health and human services, emergency management, and land records involving GIS and Data Management. David was named Local IT Leader of the Year in 2020 and in his role at Maricopa County has led his team to be recognized with 8 National Association of Counties awards, a Special Achievement in GIS award, and one of the most impressively managed GIS architectures’ in the US. In this presentation David will answer your questions and share his knowledge, skills and experience as it relates to a career in GIS.
