The GIS Program is seeking candidates to be an integral member of their team as a Temporary 911/GIS Database Analyst I. Work involves maintaining the GIS/9-1-1 databases for the Capital Area Emergency Communications District, incorporating standards and performing quality control; collecting and formatting geospatial data; using professional software such as but not limited to ArcGIS from Esri, Spatial Station/Central from 911 Datamaster, 9-1-1 Net from West Corp., and CodeRed from OnSolve; and working with regional constituents as a database expert.
- Education: GIS college-level coursework required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and job experience may be substituted as determined by the supervisor.
- Salary: $21.00 per hour – Possible 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
